Greeted by apple blossoms and honeydew melons, you are introduced to a solid core of apple flavors.  Subtle hints of lemon peel, tangerine and stone fruits linger.  A thread of sweetness pulls through into a dreamy, dry finish.  Haunting notes of herbs and spices in a long finish.

CIDERMAKER NOTES:
Here, stately apple flavors stand in solidarity on equal footing with more mature and rounded flavors like ginger, almond, and butterscotch.  Remembrances of cardamom and rhubarb might jump out at you from around a childhood memory.  The finish is creamy, sweeter, and dappled with spices.

CIDERMAKER NOTES:
Proudly apple focused with a hint of baking spice. Whispers of peach and apricot swirl around an almost Riesling-like nose. Tucked deeply in the back are hints of garden thyme and sun-baked hay. Unapologetically laser-like acidity drives the mouthwatering finish that says “more please”.
